Terms & Conditions
Booking a class
All classes/courses/workshops must be paid for in advance to Baby Artiste Ltd. If classes have not been paid in advance, we cannot hold your space.
Our classes are booked on a first come, first served basis.
If a class becomes full, enquirers will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a space becomes available.
A responsible adult must always stay with their child.
All our staff are DBS checked.
Please note that when you register for a class with Baby Artiste Ltd. you will be added to our mailing list to keep you informed about activities. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Refunds + Cancellation Policy
When booking any class on our website please read our T+Cs carefully before committing to a booking. Please note as soon as a booking and payment has been made our policy applies.
Refunds will only be issued with 10 days’ notice prior to the start of the class/workshop. The refund will incur a 7% fee of the total paid plus £10 admin charge. Credit notes can be issued but only with 72 hours of cancellation.
Non-attendance without warning will result in no refund or credit note.
If your child cannot/will not stay this is not our responsibility. No refund can be issues for lack of attendance due to a child not wanting to stay.
Please note workshops can be cancelled if there is a low uptake for the session. However, we endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this circumstance. No other compensation shall be payable.
The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.
Covid-19 regulations and class bookings
We will be following govt guidelines regarding any lockdown that may occur. Where possible we will aim to reschedule classes that may be missed.
Hand sanitisers and washing facilities are available onsite. We will also keep the room well-ventilated during classes.
If you are showing any signs of Covid-19 symptoms and have tested positive in the last 10 days, please do not attend, and email us at info@babyartiste.co.uk and we can look into rescheduling or adding credit to your account for future classes.
Attending a class
We advise children to wear old clothes due to the activities involved in each session. We supply overalls/aprons to provide some protection.
Any allergies should be noted on the registration form.
All work created by the child must be taken home, as we have very little storage space.
